Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Executive based in London
The Senior Marketing Executive will leverage their experience to work with our client's Learning and Development team to drive internal staff engagement on training and development.

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the internal Learning & Development initiatives of a leading Middle Eastern bank, under a managed service agreement with Fitch Learning. This role is designed to drive high engagement and participation in learning and development programs among the bank's staff, by developing and implementing comprehensive internal communication and marketing strategies. The postholder will work closely with key stakeholders within the bank and Fitch Learning to ensure that all L&D initiatives are effectively promoted, communicated, and aligned with the bank's strategic goals.
This is a key marketing role reporting to the UK-based Head of Marketing and supporting the locally based Program Director day-to-day.
We'll Count on You To:
- Take ownership of the development and execution of effective internal communication and marketing strategies to promote the bank's L&D programs
- Produce engaging and high-quality content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and social media
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including client L&D and HR stakeholders, and Fitch Learning team members, to align L&D initiatives with business goals
- Organize, manage and promote L&D events such as workshops, seminars, and webinars, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
- Ensure all L&D materials and communications adhere to the bank's brand guidelines and Fitch Learning's quality standards
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and participation in L&D initiatives within the bank
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts, providing regular reports on engagement metrics and feedback
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by engaging employees through innovative and interactive communication methods
- Manage relationships with external vendors to produce high-quality learning materials and services, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Take a data driven approach, tracking, reviewing and reporting on engagement activity performance to Identify and implement improvements to communication and marketing activities
What You Need to Have:
- Degree in marketing or other business-relevant subjects, good academic record
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment, having had direct responsibility for lead-generating marketing campaigns using inbound and outbound methods
- Experience implementing a content marketing strategy
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Experience with the use of digital marketing tools and social media to create audience engagement
- Project management skills, including for event delivery
- Experience in using website CMS tools and basic HTML knowledge
- Experience in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience in using analytics packages, e.g. Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro or similar graphics and video software
