You'll also support online events such as webinars and filming days for recorded training courses and our own qualification.

In this role, you will need to be organised, adaptable, focused and take care of the details that have a big impact. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, both internal and external, to help ensure that every experience we offer our customers sets the standard in excellence and delivers "Moments of Wow".

  • You will be responsible for our company (customer organised) events. Working with key stakeholders to ensure Rightmove is represented appropriately.
  • You will also play a key role in the successful delivery of our flagship major events and hospitality events.
  • You will work alongside a wide range of decision makers, leadership, stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Planning, logistics, communication skills will be paramount. And we love big bold ideas.

  • You will work on a wide range of event planning including venue sourcing, supplier selection and hire; operational delivery on the day and ensuring all aspects of the brief are met. Also working on event deliverables such as creative briefing, artwork requests and feedback, and delegate and stand staff requirements/logistics -all while maintaining event deadlines.
  • Make sure Rightmovers who are staffing an event are provided with clear briefing and communication to make the event a success.

Online events

  • Supporting our online events in the form of webinars, means you will need to be able to think fast, problem solve and intuitively support the broadcast host. We're looking for someone who

  • Clear communication, prioritisation and super sharp organizational skills as well as the ability to keep to a budget and brief are essential.
  • Ability to really understand and question - WHO the event is for - both internally and externally? WHAT is the opportunity and how can you maximise our investment in being there? WHY are we there, establish the objectives and what the key messages are? WHEN are the deadlines for all the components of the event?
  • Confident and comfortable taking on the responsibility of ensuring everything happens when it's supposed to, and everyone has what they need at the right time.
  • Demonstrable experience of ownership (we are looking for people who welcome responsibility and make things that matter happen)
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box, bringing innovative ideas to the table that help to give our projects that Rightmove 'wow' factor
  • Comfortable and confident in discussions with people at all levels of the business: technical and non-technical, senior and operational management
  • Budget-driven and able to keep on top of the associated costs with each event.
  • Every show has to be better than the last. Question everything and constantly evolve what we do.
  • Action oriented with a desire to do bold work. You should not be afraid of mistakes you can learn from
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and the ability to shift focus quickly
  • Willing to 'muck-in' to ensure success of marketing team and Rightmove as a whole.
  • Working events is hard work. Heavy lifting, late night builds, overnight stays in different locations. You need to love what you do, bring it to life with passion and make all that hard work pay off with a great event.
  • This role does require you to travel, as such it would be an advantage to hold a current UK driving licence.
  • A committed team player! We are a relaxed, friendly office and like to work hard when we need to, but get involved in a cheeky quiz or team activities!
