Our Commercial Strategy team sits at the heart of Entain's strategic agenda, delivering the most critical initiatives for the Chief Commercial Officer. We operate as an internal consulting team, solving complex commercial and operational challenges that directly impact Entain's performance and long-term growth.
As a (Senior) Commercial Strategy Associate, you'll work alongside a team of high-performing ex-MBB consultants. You'll tackle critical business problems, from marketing optimisation and customer experience improvements to operating model design and strategic cost initiatives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, gaining exposure to C-suite decision-making and helping drive strategic change at one of the most dynamic companies in the gambling sector.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to transition from strategy consulting into industry, with the opportunity to progress quickly in a commercial leadership career path.
- Lead workstreams and cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams from across the business to drive commercial and operational change
- Support the development of long-term commercial strategies to unlock growth and improve efficiency
- Diagnose business challenges across commercial functions and regions (e.g. Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Analytics) and design strategies to drive ROI improvements
- Solve operational problems by conducting detailed analysis, identifying root causes and shaping actionable recommendations
- Build business cases and strategic recommendations, presenting directly to senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy or in a high-performance corporate strategy role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting toolkit (Excel modelling, market sizing, slide creation, data-driven insights)
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality, with intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities
- Strong project management capabilities, including being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple high-priority projects
- Interest in the gaming, gambling, or sports industries is a plus but not essential
