Why is this role important and how does it fit into the team, department and wider firm?
We are seeking a senior associate to join our Commercial Dispute Resolution Team, which itself is part of the Business and Professional Risk department of the firm. The team works for numerous well-known local, national and international businesses in the private sector; and a broad range of clients in the public sector including healthcare, education and local/central government. The team consistently attracts work of a high calibre, value and complexity.
This is a great opportunity to take a leading role on a range of commercial litigation matters, and conduct your own caseload with appropriate supervision, and to be centrally involved in complex matters. The role will require an active involvement in business development to support the growth of the team in the North West.
