We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Global Liquidity & Margin Services team This role is in London.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Working closely with our Sales / Relationship Management , Product , Regulatory teams , Risk, Compliance , and Legal to improve and build new and existing client relationships.
- Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- Monitoring client inquiries, resolving non-routine issues and escalating complex issues as needed
- Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to interpret information and to provide our clients with information related to BNY products
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Several years in a client facing role.
- Good understanding of different liquidity products, Collateral segregation, Money Market Funds, Cash deposits, Client Money accounts
- Ability to build relationships across BNY lines of business and act as a client advocate within BNY
- Attention to detail and accuracy, and good time management.
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services
- Great team player
