We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Global Liquidity & Margin Services team This role is located in London.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Monitoring client inquiries, resolving non-routine issues and escalating complex issues as needed
• Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
• Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to interpret information and to provide our clients with information related to BNY Mellon products

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services
• Great team player
