About the role

We are seeking candidates with 3yrs + PQE with relevant Dispute Resolution experience gained in a similar commercial law firm environment.

The Dispute Resolution team provides commercial advice to clients who need to resolve a wide variety of disputes either through litigation or alternative dispute resolution. The cases span a wide-ranging spectrum, including;

  • high profile clients
  • public law judicial reviews
  • High Court and Court of Appeal in NI and Ireland
  • specialist media law, tech disputes and acting for household-name tech companies and high profile clients
  • defamation, privacy and copyright litigation
  • emergency, interim and final injunctions

About you

It is important that the successful candidate has the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being confident working under his/her own initiative.

Must be NI qualified with a strong desire to qualify in Ireland too.
