Person specification

Qualifications

Essential criteria

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent nationally recognised qualification
• 2 GCSE Mathematics and English Grade C or above

Desirable criteria

• 2 Science GCSE's

Communication and Relationship

Essential criteria

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Evidence of proven customer care skills

Knowledge and Experience

Essential criteria

• Pharmacy/ Aseptic experience
• Evidence of following procedures
• Evidence of working as part of a team

Desirable criteria

• Knowledge of Good Manufactoring Practice

Planning and Organisational

Essential criteria

• Evidence of ability to plan and organise own and support other staff
• Evidence of Good time management
• Evidence of ability to be adaptable and flexible

Physical Skills/ Effort

Essential criteria

• Demonstrate skills for manipulation of pharmaceutical products
• Evidence of ability to stand or sit for long periods
• Ability to lift and handle bulky items upto 10k
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
