As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our students with query management to ensure that students have the best experience whilst at Deloitte, working alongside Assistant Managers and the Professional Education team, and liaising with other key stakeholders.
  • Producing, analysing and sending professional and advanced level exam results, student pathways, resit guidance and contract termination letters.
  • Collating information for exceptional circumstances, and updating student records to reflect any changes in circumstances, including replotting student pathways and leaver calculations.
  • Examination responsibilities including, booking examinations, sending reminders to register, responding to deferrals and absence queries, and producing and sending certificate level results.
  • Checking and processing invoices.
  • Creating knowledge articles that underpin processes and is in line with FAQ's that can be shared on MySupport.

Essentials

  • A natural communicator who forges and maintains business relationships with customers, stakeholders, vendors and colleagues.
  • Data integrity, collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate, where missed information needs adding/correcting.
  • Acting as point of contact for all query management and responding to queries concerning professional qualifications - exemptions, practical work experience, study pathway and course dates; Neurodiversity and support mechanisms offered by Deloitte / training providers; Working with student's around pre-booked annual leave; Changes in offer - i.e., candidate wishing to defer start date / move service line; Working with internal teams to set up webinars / convert links and distribute recordings.
  • Skills in data management and reporting.
  • Promotes effective working across diverse teams, with an inclusive culture where people are recognised for their contributions.
  • Experience of working in an environment where innovation and effective working practices are celebrated.
  • Embedding a People First approach in all interactions (training will be provided).

Desirables

  • Encourages a culture of innovation and new ideas and working with the team to focus on continuous improvements to enhance student/exam manager experience.
  • Understanding of learning and associated processes, with confidence to challenge process requests.
  • Able to display a high level of integrity, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Can work with different technology to ensure reporting of systems data and cleansing activities - EG Service Now, SABA, Teams.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics and insights with the ability to analyse financial management data.
  • Can identify when an issue requires appropriate escalation, working collaboratively to resolve any issues presented.
  • Can manage conflicting priorities and plan work effectively to meet SLA's and KPI's.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy in work undertaken in order to mitigate the risk of mistakes.
