Senior Architect - Technology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with extensive years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Salesforce OMS and a strong understanding of multi-channel domains. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and operates during day shifts. The Senior Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our company's goals and impact society positively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce OMS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of multi-channel platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new projects.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce OMS solutions.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce OMS.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create detailed technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce OMS and its capabilities.
• Have experience in integrating multi-channel platforms for enhanced customer engagement.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining architectural standards.
• Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
