About the role
We have a number of opportunities for talented Senior Qualified Architects with residential project experience to join our award winning profession group in our Manchester studio. The successful candidate will be expected to make key design decisions driving high quality concepts from inception through to completion.
Reporting to your Architect Director you will work collaboratively and creatively in a team environment and will be expected to initiate concepts and lead the team's delivery of them. You will mentor the team and take responsibility for their output. You will also lead the collaboration process with other professionals and disciplines from both inside and outside of the practice to deliver highly coordinated solutions.

About you
You will be a talented, passionate and dedicated ARB Senior Qualified Architect with provenpost qualification experience in residential design. You will have technical and software skills and your portfolio will demonstrate excellent design skills across a range of relevant projects. You will also have skills in briefing, concept design development and implementation.
Having contributed to a range of projects, you will also be skilled at leading the engagement process with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients and contractors, skilfully managing that process. You will be comfortable with working to tight deadlines and demonstrate a collaborative team-working style. You will be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and have excellent leadership and communication skills verbally, graphically and in writing.
With strong IT skills, you will have experience in delivering high profile projects within BIM design environments with Revit the preferred platform. Experience of InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and SketchUp would be desirable although not essential.
