What You'll Do:

  • Be the Expert: Harness your deep understanding of complex working practices and processes from clinical, IT, or administrative perspectives.
  • Lead and Configure: Work in dedicated teams to configure your assigned module, driving best practices and improving patient pathways.
  • Supervise and Support: Mentor and guide a team of Application Co-ordinators/Analysts to deliver an integrated EPR solution on time and within budget.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).

  • Assessment Centre: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment centre with flexible dates between 7th October 2024 and 19th October 2024

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification
