Senior Appeals Officer - Ref: EE06024
Grade: G7; Salary Range: £31,364 - £35,745
Parking Services currently manages the provision and maintenance of car parks and the civil enforcement of parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions throughout the borough.
The ideal applicant will have an understanding of the legislative framework used in the adjudication of traffic contravention appeals. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to deal with a range of enquiries from the general public often in challenging circumstances both in writing and by telephone. They will be expected to supervise, motivate, monitor and develop a small team whilst liaising with a range of governmental bodies associated with civil parking and moving traffic enforcement.
