Job Summary:

  • Subject matter expert in Commodities Products: Oil, Agricultural Products, Base Metals, Precious Metals, Gas & Power, Carbon
  • Good working knowledge of Derivative products, Options, ETD & OTC trade life cycle, and Physically traded Commodities
  • Act as a Representative in IBA Auctions, ensuring effective participation and adherence to market standards
  • Own query remediation, trade life-cycling, and day-to-day processing to minimize risk
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, partnering with Technology and FM teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations and Sales/Trading Desks
  • Build strong relationships with Hub teams to facilitate efficient communications and issue resolution
  • Monitor daily KPIs against SLAs

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Good working knowledge of Derivative products and Financial Markets in particular Commodity Products
  • Excellent Excel skills and VBA knowledge preferred
  • Proactive and agile mindset to help drive efficiencies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with Sales and Trading
