Introduction
We're looking for a talented and focused Senior Analyst to join our team at evoke in a 24 month FTC capacity.
You will help us maximize the effectiveness of our bonus spend across Gaming and Sportsbook.
Your insights and data-driven strategies will help us engage players, improve retention, ultimately driving sustainable growth. You'll work alongside friendly and passionate teams from marketing, product, and operations to create smarter bonus programs and deliver real business impact.
What you will be doing
- Analyse bonus spend and performance across propositions, and customer segmentations to identify trends, inefficiencies and improve opportunities
- Evaluate the return on investment of bonus strategies like Welcome Offers, Retention Rewards and Gaming Incentives delivering insights to boost profitability
- Collaborate with marketing and CLCM teams to develop targeted bonus campaigns informed by customer behaviour and preferences
- Use data-driven segmentation and cohort analysis to design personalised bonus offers that drive engagement while optimising cost efficiency
- Monitor and analyse player behaviours, including deposit patterns, churn rates, and gameplay activity, to assess the effectiveness of bonus strategies
- Partner with data science and analytics teams to develop predictive models for bonus optimization,
- Define dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into bonus performance metrics,
- Engage and oversee effective working relationships with stakeholders and drive and honest and open incident reporting culture
Who we are looking for

- Have experience in an analytical role within the iGaming, gaming or online gambling industry with an understanding of bonus and promotional strategies
- Be proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power Bi, Looker, Snowflake to analyse and present highly detailed data insights
- Have statistical analysis and modelling skills, with experience in using Python or R to optimise bonus spend and strategies
- Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets, with excellent presentation skills to convey data informed recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
