ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Affiliate Manager for the UK and Irish markets, you will play a crucial role in driving our affiliate marketing strategies to new heights. Working on a number of exciting brands across both the sports and casino verticals, you will lead the development and execution of affiliate campaigns, leveraging your expertise to optimise performance and maximise ROI.

Your primary responsibilities will involve nurturing and managing relationships with key affiliate partners, identifying further opportunities for growth and to implement innovative strategies to build our affiliate acquisition and revenues within the UK and Irish markets.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners for the UK and Irish Market.
  • Actively searching for - and acquiring of - new affiliate partners.
  • Setting up / requesting reward plans with AdOps and making sure tracking etc. works correctly.
  • Work closely with all assigned Affiliate Partners to ensure they have everything they need to push LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK and other UK brands to the maximum potential.
  • Responsible for overall performance of assigned affiliates and to continuously optimize deals / campaigns.
  • Monitor affiliate performance on a daily basis to make sure development is steady and positive. Any irregularities should be followed up with the Affiliate partner.
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders such as Country / Marketing / Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc.
  • Ensuring a positive ROI from Affiliation and re-negotiate agreements where necessary.
  • Report on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
  • Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up-to-date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links.
  • Following any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
  • Train newly recruited Affiliate Managers
  • Maintain personal networks by participating in conferences and industry events.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 3-5 years' experience within Affiliation.
  • Verifiable knowledge / experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Highly customer focused and experienced in managing key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with complex data with strong analytical ability.
  • Native English, and additional languages will be considered as a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • A deep knowledge of the sports landscape across the UK and Ireland, in particular football and horse racing.
