Person specification
Education/Qualification
Essential criteria
- RN Level 1 registration with the NMC
- Post registration respiratory qualification or equivalent experience
- Teaching/Mentorship qualification or equivalent experience
- Possession of a degree or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- Advanced Communication Skills Course
- Advanced Physical Assessment Course
- Non - Medical Prescribing Course
- Teaching and Assessment qualification
- Master's level study in related subject (or willingness to work towards)
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working with respiratory patients at a senior level
- Experience of working within a community setting
- Demonstrates ability to develop new initiatives
- Demonstrates ability to managing change
Desirable criteria
- Participation in service development and audit
