Permanent Contract (0.35 FTE) | £33,366 to £35,235 per annum pro rata (Scale H) | Annualised hours | Norfolk

Permanent Contract (0.35 FTE) | £36,126 to £37,938 per annum pro rata (Scale I) | Annualised hours | Norfolk

We currently have a part-time opportunity to teach English as a second language. We are looking for a qualified, skilled, self-motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised individual to provide inspirational teaching to learners in the busy Foundation Learning Skills curriculum team with Norfolk Adult Learning

You will be required to work closely as part of the Foundation Learning Skills curriculum team to deliver high quality ESOL classes to both Norfolk residents and new arrivals.

You will be dedicated to improving life outcomes for post 19 learners and will deliver English as a second language online and/or in the community in Norwich and South Norfolk.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

A learner centred, creative and active approach to teaching, along with an appreciation of the added benefits of virtual learning.

Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, web-based learning programmes and ability to learn in-house database systems.

Able to communicate clearly and effectively through a range of mediums.

Exceptional organisational skills including an ability to work to tight deadlines.

A minimum CELTA or TESOL qualifications with English and maths qualifications at Level 2

Awareness of data protection, safeguarding, Prevent and information management.

You will be part of a well-established, supportive team and training will be provided.
