ABOUT US
The Norfolk Integrated Housing & Community Support Service (NIHCSS) is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing Trust. We provide recovery-based support to adults with severe mental illness in the community and via six supported living sites across Norfolk.
You will be part of a forward-thinking organisation that intentionally adopts a non-hierarchical structure to foster improvement, collaboration, and employee equality. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, which encourages open and transparent communication among our valued staff.
Due to maternity leave, a rare opportunity has become available in our administration team for a Senior Administrator on a 12-month contract commencing October 2025.
The administration team provides a wide-ranging, dynamic service to 150 staff across the County, and we are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude to provide this cover. You will join a welcoming and supportive team, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who will:
- Take a lead role in the administration of referrals and outcome processes of service users
- Co-ordinate team meetings, keeping track of actions, managing the agenda, and taking minutes
- Support the Office Manager to collate and accurately report service information/data internally and to Commissioners
- Support the upkeep of shared calendars, spreadsheets, the client record management system, and a mapping resource of community opportunities
- Co-ordinate external and internal projects under the direction of the Office Manager
- Assist with arranging staff and service user-led events
- Arrange interviews and onboard new staff
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
You will have the ability to contribute to organisational planning and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent verbal and written skills are paramount for interacting with various stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
You will be adept at prioritising tasks, managing schedules, and meeting deadlines effectively. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing enquiries, and the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and new situations, which is vital.
This is a perfect role for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and creative.
