Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC BAND 3 (£22,816 - £24,336)

Hours/Contract: 37.5 hours per week Permanent, Full time

Based: Liverpool Hospice

Closing date: 17th September 2024

Interview date: 23rd September 2024

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, quick learner, can work flexibly and is person centred. This is a busy role where no 2 days are the same.

You will be responsible for the provision of effective administration services within the hospice, ensuring high standards are maintained through regular review and audit. Paying particular attention in ensuring letters and reports are accurate and reflect Marie Curie standards

What we are looking for:

  • Evidence of IT skills - word processing, spreadsheets, database - ability to use Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of office management systems
  • Excellent communications skills at all levels and in correspondence.
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to prioritise your work, juggling a variety of changing demands will be key
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) to level 4/5 or equivalent.
