Essential criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • Experience of creating databases, collecting data, and presenting information in a range of different ways for a range of different purposes
  • Advanced skills in the use of all packages within Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • An awareness of policies & procedures in relation to confidentiality, information sharing, and safeguarding

Skills and Abilities

Essential criteria

  • Proven ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with all grades of staff both verbally and in writing.
  • Prioritisation of tasks
  • Excellent judgement and analytic skills - interpreting a wide range of data into meaningful information
