Person specification

Education and qualification

Essential criteria

• BSc or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC Registered as OT

Desirable criteria

• Postgraduate training relevant to Stroke

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

Essential criteria

• Knowledge of a range of OT models and demonstrate being up to date with current evidence based OT practise.
• Awareness of clinical guidelines and NSF's relevant to acute

Experience

Essential criteria

• Postgraduate, incorporating experience in a variety of relevant core specialities, including medicine, elderly care and neurology
• Experience working as an OT with adults in NHS

Desirable criteria

• Previous OT Band 6 experience with adults
• Acute Band 6 experience

SKILLS / ABILITIES

Essential criteria
