Person specification
Education and qualification
Essential criteria
- BSc or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC Registered as OT
Desirable criteria
- Postgraduate training relevant to Stroke
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of a range of OT models and demonstrate being up to date with current evidence based OT practise.
- Awareness of clinical guidelines and NSF's relevant to acute
Experience
Essential criteria
- Postgraduate, incorporating experience in a variety of relevant core specialities, including medicine, elderly care and neurology
- Experience working as an OT with adults in NHS
Desirable criteria
- Previous OT Band 6 experience with adults
- Acute Band 6 experience
