Senior Accountant (Temporary)

We are looking for a temporary Senior Financial Accountant to assist through year end.

We are looking for someone who is immediately available to start and the role is offered on a Fixed Ter Contract basis, initially with a duration of 3 months.

Key focus is to be an extra resource to the controlling team in whatever capacity is needed and may form part of the "swat" team as needed. Need to be very proactive and resilient, calm under pressure, a can-do attitude and technically sound. They also need to be able to cut through the chaff and problem-solve quickly

Key Tasks

• Balance sheet reconciliations prep and review
• Support the intercompany process
• Preparing P&L and BS for smaller UK entities
• Preparing YE additional disclosures and Group Reporting requirements
• Supporting Internal Controls team with COSL back-up and support
• Posting month end journals in Fusion and FCCS
• Supporting the YE audit process
• Support wider AS teams, in Australia with all YE activities
• Support Treasury team with weekly/monthly forecasting preparation
• Adhoc YE tasks and one off projects required
