ROLE PURPOSE

Assisting the Business Director, you will help to provide creative and strategic direction, and play an instrumental role in the success of our brand campaigns and strategies, acting as first point of contact in the agency. You will be expected to manage client accounts unsupervised and have a firm handle on activity and budgets to ensure accounts remain profitable and work is of the highest standard. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from mid to senior levels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES

• You will have an aptitude and love of building and developing client relationships that stand the test of time
• To ensure that the team is fully prepared for client meetings and take responsibility for their smooth running. With the ability to effectively sell creative work and creative rationales.
• To manage the implementation of agreed Client/Campaign activity on a day-to-day basis, providing timely updates as the lead for the client.
• To be responsible for monitoring the progress of Client activity on an on-going basis, providing regular updates, and identifying new opportunities or potential problems
• To be responsible for the financial health of the client, particularly when it comes to burn reports and resource organisation. As well as overseeing timing plans, estimates, status reports, trafficking plans, production specifications and asset delivery,
• To deliver real-time insight to account and client teams as required
• To be a conduit of information throughout the Dentsu network, ensuring the right teams are engaged at the right times, effectively collaborating to deliver joined up solutions
• To be fully immersed in our clients' industries, marketplace and understand their key objectives, you will be able to offer real, tangible value to their accounts

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience working on brands with integrated output (Broadcast, Print, Retail, Influencer, Digital and Social)
• A complete understanding of the production processes required to deliver fully integrated campaigns
• Strategically minded, confident and tenacious, with the ability to form and strengthen solid client relationships (having proof of this)
• A clear communicator, able to convey updates in a succinct and timely manner
• A strong eye for detail and an aptitude for ensuring accuracy of all work.
• Pro-active and a strong sense of intuition, spotting issues and opportunities early, and acting on them autonomously
• An agile mind that can cope with multi-client demands
• Ability to manage your own workload to best meet the needs of the agency and our clients
• Commercially minded with evidence of working on accounts efficiently and profitably
• Experience working on new business, including pitches
