The Account Manager position within Allianz Trade for Multinationals (AZTMNC) is a multifaceted role which involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and cross-cultural communication to ensure client satisfaction and overall Allianz Trade business success.

Role:As a Program Manager, you are responsible for the overall strategic steering and coordination of World Programs, as well as customer relationship management for the Program. And as a Managing Insurer, you manage the relationship and commercial activity for a portfolio of clients where another Multinationals team provides the strategic lead. You report to the Regional Account Director

Main tasks: As Program Manager: - maintaining existing client relationships and being responsible to identifying opportunities to expand business within the Allianz Trade / Allianz Commercial environment. This may involve collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities, and positioning the organization as a strategic partner in the client's global growth initiatives. - demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business challenges, build, and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, and position the organization as a strategic partner in driving the client's global success - Ensure proper implementation of programs by taking an active role and ownership of the relationship combined with co-ordination of World Agency teams both domestically and overseas. - Secure Renewal by delivering the correct balance of customer need with AZTMNC business targets and metrics, identify cross- and up-selling opportunities, ensure proper pricing and propose consistent terms and conditions during renewal, according to CUW authority rules and Deal Teams - Perform Amendment on existing programs/policies by handling and understanding issues in an international framework, ensuring the ongoing integrity of the program and delivery of client needs. - Review and analyze and implement transfers requests from AZT BUs to AZT MNC

Knowledge / Experiences / Competencies required:- Advanced ability to manage and co-ordinate large global / remote teams to achieve internal and external targets - Advanced knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations - Expert ability to manage clients and portfolios of account (programs) on a global basis and to deliver best in class customer service - Advanced ability in implementing strategic account plans tailored to each client's unique needs and the dynamics of the global market to successfully achieve Allianz Trade portfolio retention - Advanced ability in identifying opportunities for revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling within multinational portfolio to achieve growth targets - Competent ability to build extensive networks with close contacts to market players within the main Trade Credit Brokers - Competent knowledge of Collection methodologies and the impact of policy conditions - Expert ability to negotiate with customers in order to achieve portfolio retention and growth targets - Advanced ability to communicate well via all mediums (eg. email, phone) and at all levels of an organization within a multicultural setting - Competent ability to operate in a matrix structure and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Competent knowledge of basic IT systems (eg. Office360 package) and ability to learn new systems - Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (any further languages are a plus)
