Client Services at CTI is more than account management; we are the champions of our client's perspective. We act as the vital link between external expectations and internal objectives, ensuring we deliver value while maintaining commercial consciousness.

As senior members of the team who lead by example, our Senior Account Managers work independently but love to get stuck in and contribute to team initiatives. You will work alongside our subject matter experts - from developers to strategists -fostering internal relationships to produce the best outcomes for both the business and the client.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the health, growth, and daily success of your assigned accounts. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping drive your clients' roadmaps by deeply understanding their business and objectives.

This is a commercially focused role where you'll be the catalyst for getting things done - creating strategic plans, ensuring we hit revenue targets, and safeguarding client happiness.

Own the numbers: Take responsibility for client targets and implement strategic account plans to deliver value for the client and sustainable revenue for CTI.
Build partnerships: Understand your clients' budgeting cycles and foster a true partnership approach, building relationships across different levels of the client's business.
Drive strategy: Lead and schedule strategically focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase proactive thinking and formulate future roadmaps.
Be the voice: Act as the voice of the client within CTI, connecting them with our relevant SMEs to ensure we deliver in line with expectations.
Spot opportunities: Proactively research market and competitor trends to introduce clients to CTI's full service offering in a tailored way.
Manage the commercial detail: Take ownership of commercial contracts, statements of work, and proposals, ensuring quality and clearly articulating client value.
Solve problems: Act as a reliable point of contact for project escalations, remaining confident when challenging thinking or resolving conflicts.

What experience you need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you need to be a proactive go-getter who is happy taking the lead on accounts while contributing to the wider team's success.

• Experienced in account planning: You have strong skills in account planning and forecasting, with a detailed approach to opportunity tracking.
• Commercially savvy: You have the initiative to spot business opportunities based on a deep knowledge of the client and their sector.
• Tech-aware: You possess a broad knowledge of digital marketing and website development trends to hold meaningful conversations with stakeholders.
• A problem solver: You have strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, able to coordinate with business teams to drive decisions.
• Highly organised: You are calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tool proficient: You have experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) and HubSpot (or similar CRM applications).
• A clear communicator: Whether spoken, in emails, or presentations, you communicate with confidence, clarity, and inclusion.
