Senior Account Manager

ITG is currently in search of a seasoned Senior Account Manager to offer specialised expertise to the Hotel Chocolat Account Team and Key Client stakeholders looking to leverage ITG's production services.

This pivotal role involves providing guidance and backing to the account team, empowering them to deliver exceptional client service. Within this role, you'll closely oversee the account team's project management, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, processes, and budgets through comprehensive weekly and project-based reporting.

The Senior Account Manager will actively collaborate with ITG's central finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance with internal governance on high-value projects. Notably, this position will not entail direct line management responsibilities.

Additionally, this role involves liaising with external suppliers and the client's teams, where necessary, to proactively evaluate and strategise upcoming campaigns. This includes meticulous planning of timelines, cost estimation, and successful project delivery, while consistently meeting all the client's requirements.Top of Form

Requirements

  • Proven depth of experience in print management & production.
  • Provide Client service & account management working environment.
  • Experience working with clients, aligning closely with an internal team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, great relationship building with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven client service and account management skills and experience.
  • Hands on project management and production skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent commercial acumen, account related P&L, job estimation, invoicing, ensuring compliance with company levels of authority sign off.
  • Must have a high knowledge and understanding of print industry.
  • Proficient on GDPR, and the ability to direct client & teams alike.
  • Must be able to document systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to direct workloads of others to ensure delivery and adherence to project and SLA deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the enthusiasm and drive to continually develop skills and knowledge with ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines.
