The Role

This role presents a unique chance to engage in one of the most integrated client-agency relationships in the UK, offering an immersive experience with the client's business.

The role sits within a team focused on supporting our automotive clients drive subscription revenue, through a blend of creative, CRM, strategy, data, and insights.

  • We're looking for someone positive and collaborative who loves working with others rather than in silo.
  • They will have exceptional communication skills, capable of confidently engaging with senior stakeholders while infusing the team with a contagious energy.
  • Managing the delivery of market-leading key campaigns, working collaboratively with creative teams to ensure that all assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard across owned channels.
  • The Senior Account Manager will be responsible, in partnership with the CRM Project Manager, for all CRM activity (email and in-app messaging) to European markets, ensuring compelling positioning and accurate delivery.
  • Where needed, manage the planning and execution of production shoots (working with our agency production team) to produce new stills and engaging video assets in line with client briefs.
  • Responsible for coordinating the localisation of central assets across European markets in partnership with local agency contacts.

Key Tasks

  • Managing the creative execution of all central CRM campaigns, in partnership with CRM Project Manager and client engagement team.
  • Interfacing with the Ford team to agree on objectives, priorities, and timelines, and delivering timely status reporting.
  • Working closely with strategy and data teams to create responses to client briefs and develop proactive, innovative, and informed ideas, driven by data insights.
  • Management of execution against timelines in partnership with CRM Project Manager.
  • Managing any partner relationships to ensure the delivery of assets for campaigns.
  • Closely collaborate with other related WPP agency teams.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of marketing agency capabilities.
  • Multi-channel campaign experience with evidenced past experience delivering CRM campaigns at scale.
  • Experience delivering campaigns to multiple European markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and insights.
  • Excellent client delivery skills to embed a seamless client-agency relationship.
  • Excellent team-building skills.
  • Experience with Adobe / Salesforce platforms an advantage.
