What you will be doing...

As our new Multitasking Marvel, you will work closely with the Complex Manager to assist in ensuring the complex and retail units run efficiently. You will ensure our guests receive an amazing experience by training and developing your team. This means:

• Achieve budgets and margins for all areas of the food and beverage operation, ensuring stock, costs and overheads are controlled.
• Complete food and bar stock takes, report results and take appropriate actions.
• Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise efficiently and give an amazing customer experience.
