Partnered with big brands like adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino's Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Partnerships Team (12 month maternity cover).

Reporting into the Partnerships Director, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of high potential accounts, looking at how we can maximise revenue and provide innovative solutions to meet their objectives. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account management and in-depth experience and existing relationships within the retail sector. Some travel will be required to visit clients and attend industry events.

  • Account management experience working with retail or travel partners
  • Confident, articulate 'people person' with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual who works well towards targets and is happy to take on responsibility for multiple deliverables/projects working independently and as part of a team
  • Persuasive - able to influence retailers and networks to provide VoucherCodes.co.uk with the very best deals
  • Tenacious and resilient - overcomes setbacks quickly and identifies new approaches when required
  • Comfortable presenting opportunities face to face, speaking on phone and meeting new clients at networking events
  • Good numeracy skills - competent working with numbers and more complex statistical data
  • Super organised - able to multitask and thrives working towards targets and deadlines
  • Commercially savvy
  • Loves the web and is comfortable learning new interfaces and programmes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce an advantage, but not required

What you'll be doing

  • Forging strong relations with retailers featured on VoucherCodes.co.uk to deliver mutual business objectives, driving revenue and seeking opportunities within 2000 plus merchants
  • Acting as the first point of contact for retailers, networks and agencies and responding to requests and concerns in a timely manner
  • Leading and supporting a team of three with growth within the Emerging Brands team
  • Attending meetings independently with your portfolio, to review performance and secure strong commercial packages
  • Contributing and participating in the pitching of new products and/or services from VoucherCodes.co.uk to new retailers, advertisers and media partners as well as identifying opportunities
  • Negotiating exclusive offers and better commercial arrangements for VoucherCodes.co.uk with retailers, agency representatives and affiliate networks
  • Analysing past campaigns' performance and presenting to partners to secure repeat bookings and enhance long term relationships
  • Producing in-depth reports for high revenue accounts where appropriate using multiple data resources and utilising varied data sources to maximum effect both internally and externally in order to provide smarter insights and recommendations
  • Identifying new opportunities within your assigned retailer and network portfolio, and proactively targeting these opportunities
  • Prepare weekly reports and/or updates for the Partnerships Director regarding the commercial progress of your portfolio
  • Assessing the social and environmental performance in decision making
