Primary Purpose:

The Account Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the lifestyle business in Europe. The successful candidate will nurture & drive business with existing partnerships whilst building client portfolio in-line with growth strategies. The Account Manager will be based in London and report directly to the Sales Manager - Europe. This role will focus on the lifestyle part of the business inclusive of Footwear, Jewelry and RTW for both Coach and Kate Spade.

  • Play an integral role with development and management of the commercial opportunities within key brick and mortar accounts for Europe.
  • Focusing on driving growth and executing commercial strategies ith existing accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales both with pure players in the lifestyle space (Footwear and Jewelry specialists) and across the wider fashion landscape.
  • Experiential approach to business, with a strong working knowledge of the landscape and industry trends.
  • Analyze YOY growth, producing seasonal trade decks highlight sales performance and seasonal product wins/challenges & opportunities to present internally and externally.
  • Develop short term and midterm plans to meet ST/turnover targets. Support Sales Manager in longer term commercial plans and regional strategies that impact accounts.
  • Responsible for Tracking and presenting Sales on a weekly & quarterly basis, designing action plans where required and ensuring ATS opportunities are capitalized on.
  • Work with Sales Manager on Seasonal and Yearly OTB planning for accounts & own long range planning for accounts.
  • Build a close relationship with accounts via touch points, ensuring an agile approach to the business.
  • Support Sales Manager on developing a European growth strategy for the lifestyle collections and putting in place the relevant processes to support execution.
  • Aligning with the regional strategy, work with the marketing team on tailored plans for key accounts. Regularly liaise to ensure media plans align with trade activity.
  • Ensure a high level of operational execution building a close relationship with Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of the full order lifecycle being responsible for the conversion of the order book and owning communication with the AR on customers' payments.
  • Work with finance partner on to review account profitability.
  • Managing 4 markets a year presenting assortment strategies tailored to each account, informed by performance and seasonal regional strategy. Responsible for collecting orders and processing ensuring that they are aligned with OTB expectations and key seasonal product messages.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Extensive experience managing a key account business business portfolio (3 years min)
  • Previous experience with the lifestyle categories, specifically footwear and jewellery.
