About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a PR Senior Account Executive with a passion for healthcare to join us. You'll be working with global clients in interesting therapy areas such as rare disease and dermatology. The PR work we do for clients is broad and purpose-driven, including corporate and brand communications, social disease awareness campaigns, health influencer strategies and activations and patient engagement. The teams here are well-established and have strong existing client relationships. Perhaps you're an Account Executive looking for a step up, or you're already a Senior Account Executive but ready for a change and the opportunity to work on some exciting global accounts.

We're a non-hierarchical agency and each team member is given ownership and accountability of specific projects.

We offer flexible hybrid working and are open to speaking with candidates who can comfortably travel to London two days per week (Tues & Weds).

What You'll Do

The range of activities you will undertake is broad and you'll continue to develop your skills through your meticulous delivery of a variety of projects and campaigns. Day to day you can expect to -

  • Participate in client meetings and compile accurate contact reports to share with clients
  • Participate in account teams, devising and implementing projects and taking ownership for specific actions and activities
  • Draft a variety of written materials including press materials, emails, social media posts and client proposals
  • Develop Task briefs and work closely with the creative team, scheduling in time and liaising between the client, account team and studio to ensure assets are delivered within deadline
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook, including paid strategy, ad building, monitoring and reporting
  • You'll continue to strengthen your understanding of account therapy areas and industry/environment issues that are pertinent to our clients

What You'll Need

  • You're a detail-orientated problem solver, with great organisational skills and you love to get things 'over the line'
  • You're naturally collaborative and respect the team around you
  • You have a passion for healthcare PR and social media and the amazing work that can be done in this space
  • You have experience of implementing disease awareness campaigns, brand initiatives and utilising social media (including strategic planning, ad building, social listening and applying brand social guidelines to the development of social-first content).
  • You have knowledge of key social and ad management platforms including Meta Advertising, YouTube/Google ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Good project/programme management skills
