We believe when our people do well, our work does well, our clients do well, and our patients do well, inspiring even more wellness in the world. We sum it up in two small words... Do Well.
That's the what, but the how is guided by four defining principles - curious, creative, discerning, brave. These are the values we look for and nurture in others and ourselves, underpinning as they do a culture of collaborative entrepreneurialism that drives high-performance.

Takes responsibility for executing smaller projects with limited senior support, and is responsible for specific assigned tasks on later projects. Follows instructions and asks relevant questions. Escalates issues and flags risks. Takes ownership of timeline management where assigned. Ensures change requests are managed with business approval.
Finance management: Develops a good understanding of the overall financial processes within the agency. Works with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of all financial reports. Raises supplier PO's as necessary and tracks client purchase orders, flagging when not received. Is knowledgeable of ITI, PO and invoice approval process and maintains awareness of SOW reconciliation. Responsible for running burn reports to monitor time spent on projects and ensuring regular timesheet approval for billing.
Relationship management: Builds relationships with client point of contact. Understands who the internal and external stakeholders are. Fosters collaborative relationships with third parties. Is sensitive to potential challenges and risks and raises concerns quickly.
