The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager with at least two years’ experience in public relations (PR) to join our growing and award-winning team. Experience working in the property sector would be preferred; financial services sector experience would also be a distinct advantage.
In this role, you will help companies to develop and deliver their communications strategies. You will engage with the media, building relationships with trade publications, national newspapers, online and broadcast media, lead social and digital campaigns, secure beneficial profile for business leaders, and develop bespoke events and platforms at global conferences and summits. You will work across an array of clients from start-ups and challenger brands to global firms.
The role will include proactive media engagement, markets and feature monitoring, research report writing, developing engaging first drafts of press releases, feature articles and social content for a range of audiences, preparing client reports, and undertaking research and coordination activities for new business pitches and proposals. You will also be involved in supporting with the development of a wide range of thought leadership and research campaigns.
About you:
- Looking for a career in communications with a specific interest in property
- Have media relations experience, ideally within the property and financial services sectors
- Are a highly proficient writer with strong attention to detail
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Are proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have relevant experience of being part of a client-facing advisory team
