Description
As Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and drive new business revenue within the Retail and DTC client base.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity details in Salesforce CRM (SFDC).
- Collaborate with Fluent Integration and Technology Partners on client engagements and prospecting.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking, tradeshows, and industry events.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop effective sales collateral that will help you to secure meetings and close business.
- Capturing and quantifying the business impact of our solutions for clients.
- Build strong client relationships and secure long-term customer references.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales within a high-growth environment.
- Closed enterprise SaaS sales deals exceeding $300K ACV.
- Deep understanding of Retail, eCommerce, and Order Management solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM (SFDC).
- A natural ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Experience attending trade shows, external events, and delivering public presentations.
- Skilled in creating detailed proposals and presentations to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing project reports, managing budgets, and forecasting revenue.
- Ability to lead sales meetings and ensure consistency and transparency across projects.
