Degree Level Qualification:

  • 2.5 or more years work experience in prime property, travel, lifestyle, hospitality or F&B PR; previous experience at an agency is preferred
  • Understanding of luxury consumerism and property and travel market, including media and influencers
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking, unique work environment
  • Proven ability to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in smaller teams and handling all aspects of client account work
  • Exceptional media relationships
  • Solid portfolio of secured media coverage including newspaper, magazine, broadcast, and online coverage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the PR industry
  • Working knowledge of social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Roxhill, TravMedia, Google Analytics, etc.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client satisfaction and strategic results
  • Maintain client relationships through meetings, conference calls, general contact
  • Takes the lead on overseeing management of daily activities on all accounts, as well as troubleshooting with minimal supervision
  • Write media pitches, press releases, media alerts, photo captions, etc.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers
  • Prepare monthly meeting agendas, notes, reports, etc.
  • Organize and attend events, including press trips and media tours
  • Monitor, engage, assist in providing strategic counsel and brainstorm innovative campaigns on behalf of clients in the digital media space
  • Recognize if there is a potential client problem and bring it to supervisor's attention with a suggested solution
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis of clients
  • Ideate creative media/revenue-driving campaigns, packages, and partnerships for clients
  • Assist with developing strategic and creative integrated PR initiatives
  • Stay on top of current industry news, trends and technology
