As part of the Project Management team, you are responsible for planning, organising, managing, and executing key client projects. Providing clear and consistent structure to ensure we meet the clients briefs quickly and efficiently. Projects could include the delivery of creative concepts, creative assets, video production, social media campaigns, digital activations and events/experiences.

The Role:

  • Gather requirements, deliverables and timeframes from key stakeholders. Agree with Consultancy (CS) team the project priorities and create detailed project plans and milestones
  • Plan and execute the required resources to deliver the project
  • Act at times as the main point of client and internal stakeholder contact
  • Create appropriate briefs as part of the execution process, gathering key information from necessary internal stakeholders and liaising with CS for client information
  • Liaise with CS to provide regular project updates, tracking and reporting on the financial status and time allowance against project scope
  • Take the appropriate decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project
  • Identify any risks and mitigate issues, reporting back to the client owner as required
  • Facilitate relationships with external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered appropriately but also cost efficiently
  • Work with the Consultancy team in building project scope and costs where external suppliers are required
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout the development to maintain the standards expected
  • Utilise key project management tools including Jira (and others deemed suitable) to keep track of the projects and keep others informed
  • Continue to develop and create new processes that can be rolled-out across the business to integrate project management into our everyday working
  • Work with the Resource Manager, Head of CS and Project Management Lead to identify the right projects to sit with Project Management (PM) and capacity.

  • Stage 2 - Interview via Teams with the Project Management Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Stage 3 - Task & final interview with the Head of Consultancy, Project Management Lead, and Head of People
