We are recruiting for a Senior Account Executive, Carat as part of our team in Manchester on a fixed term contract until March 2025.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. The portfolio of accounts in the role extends to all media channels with a strong focus on digital. This offers opportunity for learning across the whole digital ecosystem and user experience and welcomes experience and interest in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interrogating client briefs & understanding the core objectives, to provide clear internal briefs to specialist teams.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs.
  • Coordinating activities to ensure projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget.
  • Supporting Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration.
  • Monitors performance data to measure plan effectiveness, flagging issues where appropriate and researching new market trends to incorporate into planning.
  • Ensure all client-facing documentation is of a high standard and quality controlled - providing timely feedback on content, quality and appropriateness to the client.
  • Supervise team Assistant

Qualifications + Skills

  • Media industry knowledge & experience (Agency and/or Client side)
  • Experience of working with teams responsible for delivering client needs.
  • Good understanding of different media channels, in particular digital performance
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client centric service ethic

  • This is a fixed term contract until March 2025.
  • The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team currently work 1-2 days a week from our Lower Byrom St (Bonded Warehouse) office.
