We are looking for a client leader to join the client. If you are looking to deploy your existing marketing and communications skills with one of our most exciting luxury clients - this role is for you.

In this global role, you can expect to be a trusted partner to the client and the team. You will take responsibility for the relationship and agency team, unlocking the full potential of your team and working on leading new business proposals.

With your strategic hat on, you will identify client's business problems and rally teams to find a solution. You will ensure commercial success and growth of your accounts, managing the KPIs and reporting, adjusting as needed, implementing a growth plan.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a client services role within other agencies, delivering at an international level and having led cross-agency relationships
  • Having previously managed individual client marketing budgets exceeding £1m annually
  • Be confident leading creative origination briefs from concept, through production and postproduction.
  • Proven understanding of wide range of marketing & customer experience channels. Understanding of data, CRM and wider customer experience is highly valued.
