Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially astute, operationally excellent, and creatively driven Senior Account Director.
You will oversee a team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives, ensuring operational excellence, creative impact, and client satisfaction across all campaigns.

This role is ideal for a senior leader who can bridge strategy and execution -translating client objectives into actionable plans, while ensuring the team delivers award-winning, social-first and influencer campaigns. You will be responsible for client success, campaign performance, team development, and commercial growth, acting as a key partner to the Business Director/s in driving the overall health and expansion of the client hub.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Creative Excellence

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer and social campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, to a clients KPIs and to the highest creative standards.
  • Interrogate briefs, lead pre-production meetings, and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Production) to ensure seamless execution.

Client Delivery & Campaign Setup

  • Act as the day-to-day senior contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable campaign plans and timelines.
  • Lead campaign kick-offs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and accountable.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and insights to inform future work.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and
    Executives
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
  • Onboard new team members with tools, processes, and client knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative problem-solving.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new team members.

Commercial & Resource Management

  • Revenue forecasting, budget oversight, and commercial planning.
  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work with Heads of Department to ensure efficient project costing and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, production shoots, and industry events.
  • Stay informed on social trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in account management or project leadership within a creative or social agency.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with a passion for creative excellence.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing, and content production.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
