Job purpose:
As an employee of Bruntwood SciTech, you will be working solely on the Sister project, supporting the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to continue to build brand awareness through the development and implementation of marketing and communications activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team, working on an aspirational and pioneering project.
What we're looking for in a nutshell:
We're keen to see applications from candidates with well-rounded marketing experience, bringing expertise in content strategy and creation with a strong focus on digital-led marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns and be confident working with CMS, marketing automation and other digital marketing platforms. Experience working with agencies, particularly on digital marketing campaigns, is highly desirable.
This role requires confidence in managing senior stakeholders and excelling in internal communications, as you'll regularly engage with The University of Manchester, Sister Team, and Bruntwood SciTech stakeholders. Articulation, planning, and organisational skills are key, alongside a thorough approach, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design.

Ideal candidates will be commercially minded, with an interest in property, tech, innovation, and science, and ready to thrive in a dynamic start-up setting aligned with our Sister Team Principles.

What you'll be doing:
- Be a brand guardian and assist in brand building and place creation
- Support the marketing, communications and content strategy and delivery of accompanying plans
- Work with our dedicated PR agency to ensure the media, our customers and stakeholders are informed of our plans, ambitions and successes through different channels
- Support the creation and production of marketing materials across offline and online channels
- Help to deliver best in class internal communications
- Support the planning and development of social media content
- Manage the planning, execution and reporting of campaigns across online (web, email, social, etc.) and offline channels (events)
- Work with our digital marketing agency to support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy
- Support the creation of all content, including planning, briefing videographers/graphic designers, senior stakeholder contribution and approval, distribution
- Be responsible for measuring performance across all digital channels
- Work closely with the wider team, from commercial to innovation, to support delivery of wider objectives as required
