The Double Eleven Academy reflects our drive and commitment to a learning culture that is fully integrated within our organisation and reinforces our values. We're now expanding our Academy team and seeking a dedicated Senior Academy Advisor to support our growth. As an Senior Academy Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering learning for qualifications, guiding learners through their educational journey. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Design, Build & Deliver Qualifications:

  • Support with the creation and development of qualifications for our employees in both UK and KL studios.
  • Ensure qualifications meet industry standards and learning objectives, maintaining the integrity and validity of qualifications.
  • Develop assessment methods and confidently conduct vocational assessments for qualifications.

Learning & Development Specialist:

  • Facilitate and deliver in-house training programs & modules for team members and managers.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to align learning programs with company strategy.
  • Coach leaders and team members for performance improvement and career development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and empower employee development journeys.
  • Stay current on learning & development trends and best practices to recommend improvements for Double Eleven's learning culture.
  • Manage all aspects of the training cycle across all levels of the Academy.
  • Design and implement e-learning and blended learning components using a Learning Management System (LMS) and other relevant technologies.

Evaluation & Reporting:

  • Be part of the standardisation process to ensure high quality standards across the Academy.
  • Conduct learning evaluations to measure business impact, development quality, and effectiveness of our interventions, implementing enhancements to optimise the learning experience for learners.
  • Contribute to regular reports and provide insights on Academy metrics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications Expertise:

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and delivering vocational qualifications.
  • Confidence and competence in conducting vocational assessments.

Learning & Development Specialist Skills:

  • Strong facilitation skills in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Experience in supporting learning programs leading to qualification attainment.
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence others.
  • Coaching experience for team members and people managers.
  • Flexible, organised, and adept at project management for multiple initiatives.
  • Strong teamwork and networking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ethical judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Assessor Qualification (desirable, but not essential), with a willingness to work towards these if successful in role.
  • All other relevant qualifications considered.

Right to Work:

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to commute daily to the Middlesbrough studio (if applicable).
