As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the 360 recruitment process.
You’ll be working with Project RPO - This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing area of AMS where we offer a range of tailored solutions to both existing and new clients.
Senior Recruiters will be aligned to high touch client business unit or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. This may be in the form of more rounds of interviews, more data/insight led consultation, more complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures or interfacing with more senior hiring managers. They will follow a high touch workflow investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process than a Recruiter. Reports to a Manager - Client Services.
Key Accountabilities:
Things you will do:
- You’ll manage end to end (360) recruitment processes for a wide range of roles
- You’ll pro-actively source and deliver candidates
- You’ll take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered
- You’ll build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
- You’ll consult with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- You’ll contribute to continuous improvements on account and manage client expectations
- You’ll deliver exceptional service to the candidate and Hiring Managers, providing frequent updates and clear communication throughout the entire recruitment process
- You’ll deliver results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
Skills & Experience:
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Strong and proven sourcing experience (sourcing in your current role)
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
- Experience of recruiting across the corporate functions
- Experience of sourcing for technical /maritime roles recently and extensively
- Experience in key functional areas such as Technology (Engineering, Product, Design) and Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Solid experience in managing recruitment processes
- Experience of delivering results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
- Experience of working in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- PE experience (private equity) & M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) exposure
- Adaptability to an ever changing environment & comfortable with change
- Experience in organisational transformation
- Credibility and confidence in sourcing and stakeholder management
- Must have an existing network
- Ability to travel to London periodically to meet with stakeholders & the team
- Ideally experience of recruiting into Singapore and Philippines
