Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Senior Manager to lead our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team within the Inclusion Service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people with special educational needs across Lancashire.

Leadership - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Inclusion Service team. As a SEND Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, providing clear direction and support to ensure consistent and effective practice across the county. Your strategic vision and ability to inspire and motivate your team will be crucial in driving forward our initiatives and projects. You will work closely with other senior managers and stakeholders to develop and implement progressive approaches to special educational needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
