We are now recruiting an exceptional SEND Manager. This is a key opportunity tojoin a highly ambitious school and play a pivotal role in shaping the nextchapter of our inclusive provision. Working closely with the SENDCo, seniorleaders, and wider pastoral teams, you will help ensure that all students withSEND receive the high-quality support, care, and educational experience theydeserve.

As part of our inclusion leadership, you will help drive whole-school strategyfor SEND, strengthen systems that remove barriers to learning, and supportteachers in delivering adaptive, evidence-informed practice. This role is morethan a support position - it is your chance to shape culture, championinclusion, and make a profound difference in the lives of young people andtheir families.

You are -

• A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SEND legislation,processes, and statutory responsibilities.

We are looking for a SEND Manager who -
• Has a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and local authorityprocesses.
• Has experience supporting or managing SEND provision in a school setting.
• Is skilled at interpreting SEND data and using it to drive targetedinterventions.
• Can coordinate high-quality support for pupils with EHCPs and those receivingSEN Support.
• Can guide and support teachers in delivering adaptive, inclusive practice.
• Communicates with clarity, compassion, and confidence with staff, parents,and external professionals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment and is driven to make alasting impact on children's outcomes.
