Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated SEN Learning Mentor into the team at Ipswich Academy from April 2025.

The position

You will engage vulnerable or challenging pupils in their learning through provision of high-quality early intervention that impacts positively on pupil welfare, attendance, progress and behaviour, and to provide support to the Principal.

You will need to be able to work well as part of a team and be confident working one to one with pupils.
