Who We Are Looking For

The Security Network Manager will have significant security operational experience and an extensive background and understanding of:

    • Pre-travel security and on-going travel security assessment and advice.
    • Asset protection, risk management and mitigation strategies.
    • Proactive threat monitoring, communications, and alerting.
    • Incident management, crisis response and support.
    • Global evacuation security services.

The Security Network Manager provides a key role in supporting our clients, the Global Operations Centre staff, and the wider business with the development and sustained management of suppliers/providers through relationship management.

The Security Network Manager will be responsible for delivering customer and commercial value through the development and management of a truly global medical and security assistance network:

    • To include negotiation and management of new and existing supplier and partner relationships to fulfil operational demand, customer requirements and expectations, minimum service and quality standards, and support business revenue and growth.

What You Will Work On

Crisis24 seeks a Security Network Manager to develop and build a global security provider network to support live response operations, proactive threat monitoring, and emergency response tasks carried out by our Global Operations Centres in Annapolis USA, Bournemouth UK, and Singapore.

The Security Network Manager will work to deliver high quality assistance solutions to support the business development, operational demands and bespoke client requirements and needs.

The Security Network Manager will:

  • Manage relationships across the assistance supply chain ensuring delivery of quality and service levels, best value for money and fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements in line with the wider group overall business strategy.
  • Agree negotiation approaches, negotiate and implement contract with suppliers/ providers to ensure access to high quality assistance solutions, when required anywhere in the world.
  • Review supplier/ provider performance and manage against under performance and implement improvements and enhancements when the opportunity arises
  • Responsible to support appropriate strategy for supplier/ provider delivery and management within varying territories and engage key stakeholders to implement optimum solutions
  • Support client facing meetings for enhanced account management, business conversion and renewals
  • Provide detailed and regular reports around supplier/ provider management and deliver, together with ad hoc requests and response to specific client needs
  • Understand the regulatory requirements of the markets they are operating in
  • Ensure the details relating to the supply chain are maintained and current to enable service delivery in the operations area
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and service queries relating to and from suppliers/ providers
  • Research and implement specific/specialty solutions to meet customer and business needs
  • Manage and support other members of the network team to ensure timely delivery of tasks and output
  • Work cross-functionally across internal and external business areas to deliver positive customer experience and development and delivery of the global Network strategy.
  • As well as a strategic approach the role will include immersive operational support of complex and major security events, working alongside the Response Operations Team

Who You Will Work With

You will work within the Global Assistance Network Team, reporting directly to the Head of Network - Global Operations.

You will maintain an operational/functional dialogue with the Director, Global Security Operations and Security Operations Managers to support major incidents and operational demands.

You will collaborate with experienced network colleagues in real-time solutions to support operational requests and proactively in anticipation of client needs and business development.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive operational experience in international security assistance operations, in a global assistance environment.
  • Contract negotiation and management experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Higher education qualification in a related field is an advantage, but not essential.
  • An understanding of assessing, reviewing, benchmarking and auditing the quality of service providers.
  • A good insight of security providers' accreditation methodologies regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience of commercial contract negotiation and procurement approaches in a service and security provider environment.
  • Responsible for detailing and recording own activity for internal and external audit purposes.
  • Any additional language skills are considered an asset.
  • Experience of operating in multicultural environments.
  • Experience of strategic partner management and matrix/remote management of relationships.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude to learn new, applications and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexible and resilient.
  • Ability to make and own decisions and be able to articulate rationale and alignment to business drivers and operational demand.
  • Worldwide geographical knowledge essential, with an active interest in current affairs.
  • Effective presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills must be able to brief personnel in distress, internal and external stakeholders, and senior business leaders.
  • Reliable team player with ability to carry additional responsibilities calmly and professionally.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivate.
  • A robust solutions-oriented person, with a proactive approach to complex challenges.
  • A good sense of judgment and the application of critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to research, digest, and evaluate various sources and associated information topics.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks with competing timelines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing operational requirements.

  • The annual leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Your paid annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum.
