About The Role

Site location: Basingstoke, RG22 6PG

Shifts: All shifts are 12 hours, 06:00 - 18:00.

Weekly pattern as follows:

Week 1, Monday to Saturday - 72 hours

Week 2, Wednesday to Saturday - 48 hours

Week 3, Monday to Wednesday - 36 hours

Average 52 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an experienced Security Manger

What will you be doing?

Ensuring the team are kept up to date with events and important information

Responsible for scheduling the rota

Responsible for the teams' holidays

Attending and contributing to monthly meetings with the client at Security Account Manager

Attending and contributing to quarterly tenant meetings

Creating and downloading monthly and quarterly incident analytic reports for the client

Managing customer complaints

Liaising and working with the local police by downloading and providing CCTV evidence of any incidents on site

Conduct patrols of the leisure park

Monitor and manage Incident Report Management system

Ensure Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments are always kept up to date

Monitor contractors on site

Communicate and maintain relationships with all tenants on site

About You

You will need a valid SIA license for this role and a CCTV License
