Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager within the Digital Solutions Group of Trading Services, you will be an innovative leader responsible for owning the strategy and leading execution of new and existing initiatives involving DLT, blockchain, digital assets, tokenization, and platform connectivity. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with Clients, Product Development, Tech and Ops, as well as other functional partners to deliver the digital strategy within Trading Services. This role will expose you to cross-functional/business collaboration working across multiple teams within the bank and will require you to be comfortable presenting internally and externally across a range of seniorities, including regulators.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy and set the product agenda.
• Engage in market research to understand emerging trends across the wider digital eco system including the regulatory landscape; maintain awareness and engagement with emerging digital technologies and the development of new global use cases
• Own financial performance and roadmap for the digital product set and stakeholder communication
• Build business cases for new products - involves working closely with client facing and trading teams to form use cases
• Lead and execute new product approval process
• Collaborate closely with product development and technology in aiding requirement gathering and supporting solution delivery
• Own engagement with other Securities Services digital product stakeholders and Onyx Digital Assets to ensure alignment of strategy
• Lead and contribute to thought leadership initiatives through content creation and active participation in client and industry initiatives
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing in the development and maintenance of digital product communication materials including strategic presentations and client materials.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Extensive experience in Financial Services, ideally within a product management role or within the Securities markets including ownership for financial performance and program delivery. Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy.
• Proven knowledge of digital technologies and current/future trends in this space, especially digital tokenization.
• Strategic Thinking - demonstrate ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate future trends and devise innovative solutions aligned with long term objectives
• Strong presentation skills and communication skills - Ability to organize, communicate with, and influence a range of audiences internally and externally; expectation to display exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
• Strong interpersonal skills - cultivate and sustain relationships across diverse functions while effectively influencing stakeholders and advocating with external authorities including regulatory bodies
• Change Management - Experience in delivering a change agenda and developing innovative solutions to new challenges
• People Management skills - Ability to manage cross functional teams and foster the growth and development of their own team members.
