Salary: £30,571+ (Depending on skills and experience)


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, invoicing, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide secretarial support to designated executives and teams to help achieve strategic goals
  • Assist with team communications to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery
  • Support team or customer meetings to enable effective reviews and discussions
  • Offer ad-hoc support to the Secretarial function, ensuring consistent and valuable business support across the company
  • Apply knowledge of the organisation and company systems to assist stakeholders effectively

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Proven secretarial experience in a similar role
  • Strong skills in managing diaries, travel arrangements, invoicing, and reconciliation, along with general administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience handling and managing travel VISAs on an ad-hoc basis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

The Air Operations Finance Team:

The Air Operations Finance Team supports the Air Operations FP&A function and senior directors within the finance community. The team is part of a broader network of finance managers and accountants, working collaboratively to provide financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights. Their focus is on driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and ensuring robust financial management across Air Operations.
